Piano 35 is the brand representing the gastronomic system, restaurant and lounge bar, of the Grattacielo Intesa Sanpaolo in Turin, inside the bioclimatic glazed area at the 35° and 37° floor.
The visual identity, designed by Migliore+Servetto Architects, starts from the circle, conceived as completed symbol, that represents a highly exclusive place, immersed in a green environment and contained between sky and earth.
This circular sign is enriched with two dynamic, essential, triangular marks, one recalling the idea of a lift moving positively “upward”; the other an ironic stylization of a piece of cutlery, pierced through horizontally, that evokes the place’s natural vocation.
A sum of many symbols of strong narrative synthesis.
The logo for the restaurant, in Pantone Warm Red U, is developed in all its communicative power in the juxtaposition of pleasant neutral shades of the supports, while the logo for the café is designed in Pantone Green 3292 U and it matches with the graphic signs of the foliage, as a sort of botanical inspiration that, crossing with acid brilliant green shades, define a homogeneous but very diversified visual ensemble.
