Ico Migliore will take part to the cycle of design talks organized by Interni Magazine on the occasion of the Milan Design City. The talk lecture is titled “Earth Generation” and will take place on Wednesday April 21st at h 6:30 p.m. In addition to the architect, speakers will include Sergio Doriguzzi (Saib CEO), Giuseppe Pedrali (Pedrali CEO),Francesca Pievani and Alice Zantedeschi (Fili Pari founders), while the journalist Donatella Bollani will be the moderator. Earth Day has been celebrated since faraway 1962, with official recognition since 22 April 1970 on the part of all the countries in the Northern Hemisphere, following the Unesco Conference in San Francisco, with the proposal of John McConnell (1969). Industry has an active role in
this scenario. The recovery of materials, their reuse and regeneration, from savings of hydric and energy resources in production activities to research on renewable sources, putting a halt to the destruction of fundamental habitats, and the protection of endangered species: all these factors combine to produce a new sustainable awareness for industry 5.0.
