The new logo designed by Migliore+Servetto Architects for Dmail is a dynamic and lively sign able to express the meaning of a young, curious brand always in search of the latest releases. Dmail is, in fact, a leading brand in the direct sales of innovative products at the best prices, that finds in the definition “helpful, unfindable ideas“  the sum of its great product research.

In the design of the logo, the circle has become the generating element that defines the single letters; this is why these letters have very soft borders, while two dots, placed over the beam of the “i”, mark its uniqueness.
Developing the corporate image and in order to define some of the possible variations of the logo, the studio designed two outsized spheres above the logo to recall the image of curious eyes seeking for the most original ideas. Two characterizing features which can be interpreted in the most various ways, chromatically, combining texturing and transparencies, thus creating a nice varying but homogeneous system with a strong visual identity.
Furthermore, from a chromatic point of view black and white are combined with a uniform bright yellow, a symbol of light and energy.
The corporate identity will be declined then within the store throughout the environmental graphics and the wayfinding, embracing the whole communication system. Here the circle generating element becomes the mark which underlines and enhances the objects selected by Dmail, during its untiring  research.
An extremely varied code, composed in various formats, which is enriched by concise, iconic views, provided for each family of products, as well as by symbols and in-depth descriptions, aims to guide the visitor during the shopping experience.
